Wind Energy Local Financing
An ALTENER project, coordinated by Hespul, supported by the European Commission and Ademe (the French Agency for Environment and Energy Management).
This project is carried out by a European group specialised in the
"Local Investment in Renewable Energies" thematic.
Its objectives are to promote citizen participation in the financing of wind farms in Europe and to make organisations, investor clubs and local government aware of this way of involving citizens, in order to facilitate initiatives.
